Tea Tree

This essential oil is very efficient in treating infected spots as well as fungal infections. It is also an excellent remedy for insect bites and as a disinfectant for wounds. We can use it in its pure form on the infected spots twice daily.

When caring for our feet, we can put a few drops in a basin containing hot water and a little bicarbonate of soda.

Feet should be soaked in this solution for about ten minutes before drying them.
